Er ist stolz auf seinen Körper und möchte ihn deshalb zeigen. Thorsten Legat hat die vergangenen 14 Wochen viel trainiert - der Fortschritt ist sichtbar.
Thorsten Legat hat die Corona-Zeit offenbar gut genutzt und ein bisschen an seinem ohnehin schon sportlichen Körper gearbeitet. Das Ergebnis präsentiert der ehemalige Fußballprofi und Dschungelcamp-Kandidat stolz auf seinem Instagram-Account.
Thorsten Legat zeigt seinen Fitness-Fortschritt
"Hi Leute. Ich dachte mir, weißt du Thorsten, du hast so viel Aufwand betrieben 14 Wochen, warum sollst du nicht dein Ergebnis zeigen deinen lieben Fans", schreibt der 51-Jährige. Und der ehemalige Trainer des Landesligisten TuS Bövinghausen weiß genau, wem er zu danken hat: "Danke, dass ihr mich immer wieder gepusht habt. Danken muss ich auch meinem Trainer Tobi, der mich immer begleitet hat auf Schritt und Tritt", sagt Legat.

Einen ganz besonderen Dank widmet er allerdings seiner Ehefrau Alexandra, "die mich immer unterstützt hat sage ich hier auf diesem Weg. Du bist das Beste auf Erden. Ich Liebe Dich Pitchina. Was du kannst beeindruckt mich seit wir uns kennen", schreibt er.
Er will weiter trainieren
Noch ist er mit seinem Trainingsprogramm nicht da, wo er hin möchte. Mit gesundem Essen will er seinen Körper jetzt wieder aufbauen, erklärt er.

Legat wurde als Fußballspieler bekannt, spielte während seiner aktiven Karriere unter anderem beim VfL Bochum, bei Werder Bremen, bei Eintracht Frankfurt, in Stuttgart und beim FC Schalke 04. Danach arbeitete er als Fußballtrainer, bis er die ersten Schritte ins Reality-TV wagte. Höhepunkt seiner TV-Karriere war seine Teilnahme an der zehnten Staffel von "Ich bin ein Star - Holt mich hier raus". Im Dschungel wurde er zum Antreiber für die anderen Kandidaten, rasselte allerdings immer wieder mit Helena Fürst zusammen. Am Ende wurde Thorsten "Kasalla" Legat Dritter. Nach dem Dschungelcamp nahmen er und seine Ehefrau am "Sommerhaus der Stars" teil und belegten den zweiten Platz.
