"Ist das ein Scherz?": Schwangere Ashley Graham erlebt bei Untersuchung eine echte Überraschung

US-Model Ashley Graham ist zum zweiten Mal schwanger. Bei einer Ultraschalluntersuchung bekamen sie und ihr Mann Justin Ervin jetzt eine Nachricht, die das Paar völlig überraschte.
Mitte Juli verkündete Ashley Graham in einem Beitrag auf Instagram, dass sie ihr zweites Kind erwartet. Seitdem hält das Model seine 14 Millionen Follower über die Schwangerschaft auf dem Laufenden. Nun teilte sie ein Video, das während einer Ultraschalluntersuchung aufgenommen wurde – und für Graham und ihren Mann Justin Ervin eine echte Überraschung bereithielt.
Die 33-Jährige ist zu sehen, wie sie auf einer Liege liegt, die Ärztin fährt mit dem Ultraschallgerät über ihren Bauch, Graham verfolgt das Geschehen auf einem Monitor. "Sind das Zwillinge?", fragt die Amerikanerin ziemlich erstaunt. Doch es kommt noch besser.

Graham erkennt, dass es sich bei einem Fötus um einen Jungen handelt. Ihre Frage, ob das zweite Baby ein Mädchen sei, verneint die Ärztin. "Nein, das ist auch ein Junge", ist eine Stimme zu hören. Daraufhin kennen Graham und ihr Mann kein Halten mehr. "Ist das ein Scherz? Sie veräppeln mich doch", sagt Justin Ervin im Hintergrund. Seine Frau richtet sich völlig perplex auf und beginnt dann laut zu lachen. "Ist das Ihr Ernst? Wir werden drei Jungs haben?"

Graham und Ervin haben bereits einen Sohn namens Isaac, der im Januar 2020 geboren wurde. Zu seinem ersten Geburtstag machte sie ihm eine rührende Liebeserklärung auf Instagram . "Du hast mein Leben und mein Herz auf eine Weise verändert, die ich mir nicht vorstellen konnte. Ich kann mich nicht daran erinnern, wie das Leben ohne dich war", schrieb das Model.
Ihren Mann Justin Ervin, mit dem sie seit 2010 verheiratet ist, nannte sie in einem Instagram-Posting einen "liebevollen, mitfühlenden und unglaublichen Papa" für ihren Sohn. "Dich als Vater zu erleben, ist das größte Geschenk", kommentierte Graham eine Reihe von Bildern, die sie am Vatertag veröffentlichte. Seine Papa-Qualitäten kann der 32-Jährige demnächst gleich dreifach unter Beweis stellen.
