Red-Carpet-Debüt in Rom: Elizabeth Hurley und Billy Ray Cyrus haben sich am Samstag erstmals gemeinsam auf dem roten Teppich gezeigt.
Elizabeth Hurley und Billy Ray Cyrus haben einen wichtigen Meilenstein jeder Promi-Beziehung hinter sich gebracht: Die Schauspielerin und der Musiker haben ihren ersten gemeinsamen Auftritt auf einem roten Teppich absolviert. Am Samstag liefen die beiden beim Eröffnungsdinner der Ausstellung "Orizzonti Rosso" in Rom über den Red Carpet.
Dabei bewiesen Hurley und Cyrus, dass sich Gegensätze offenbar tatsächlich anziehen: Während der Sänger und Vater von Popstar Miley Cyrus im komplett schwarzen Leder-Look mit dunkler Sonnenbrille und Western-Hut gekleidet war, stach Hurley in knalligem Barbie-Pink heraus. In Begleitung der beiden kam zudem Hurleys Sohn Damian, der einen knallroten Anzug mit tiefem Ausschnitt trug. Hurley teilte anschließend ein Pärchen-Foto des Auftritts auf Instagram und schrieb dazu lediglich: "Roma" und vier pinke Herz-Emojis.

Hurley und Cyrus überraschten am Osterwochenende, als sie ihre unerwartete Beziehung via Instagram öffentlich machten. Gegenüber dem Onlineportal "Page Six" verriet die britische Schauspielerin kürzlich, dass sie und Cyrus sich "tatsächlich sehr ähnlich" seien. "Wir lieben es, viel zu lachen und wir lieben das Land. Und wir beide lieben Country-Musik und Liebesfilme. Wir haben sehr viel gemeinsam - und Cowboyboots, definitiv."

Die beiden arbeiteten 2022 gemeinsam am Film "Christmas in Paradise" und fanden irgendwann nach Cyrus' kürzlicher Scheidung von der Australierin Firerose im Sommer 2024 zusammen. Hurley habe ihm anschließend eine Textnachricht geschrieben, erklärte Cyrus in einem Podcast . Sie habe ihm in einer schwierigen Phase beiseitegestanden: "Wir haben einfach gemeinsam gelacht - und das in einer Zeit, in der mir nicht oft nach Lachen zumute war", so der Vater von sechs Kindern.
