Sex ist erst richtig gut, wenn wir uns fallen lassen können. Doch das fällt vielen Frauen schwer. Sieht er jetzt meine Speckröllchen? Warum wackelt das jetzt alles so? Sehe ich untenrum überhaupt normal aus? Vor allem letzteres ist ein stark tabuisiertes Thema. Viele wissen nicht, dass normal beim Thema Vulvalippen ein sehr schwammiger Begriff ist. Normal gibt es in diesem Sinne nicht. Wie auch beim männlichen Geschlechtsteil, gibt es Vulven in allen Formen und Größen. Instagram Accounts wie "the.vulva.gallerie" feiern diese Vielfalt.

Aber so richtig in der Gesellschaft ist das noch nicht angekommen. Allein die Begrifflichkeiten gehen einem nicht so leicht über die Lippen: Wie benennen wir das da unten zwischen unseren Beinen überhaupt? Am geläufigsten ist wohl: Schamlippen – was leider das Wort Scham beinhaltet. Einige Aktivisten fordern deshalb, das Synonym Vulvalippen zu benutzen. Über dieses Thema, und mit welchen Tipps sich Frauen sexier fühlen können, spricht in der neuen Folge von "Bin ich schön?" die Sexualtherapeutin Nele Sehrt.
"Viele Frauen trauen sich erst in Langzeitbeziehungen ihre Wünsche zu äußern"
Sie sagt, kleine Jungs merken sehr früh, das da etwas zwischen ihren Beinen ist, das ihnen Lust bereitet und sie können es mit dem visuellen Reiz verbinden: Wenn sie ihren steifen Penis sehen, wissen sie, dass sie erregt sind. "Frauen sind dazu verdammt zu spüren, ob sie erregt sind oder nicht", so Nele Sehrt. Das führe dazu, dass viele Frauen dem visuell geprägten Bild der Sexualität nicht nachkommen können und nicht schaffen, sich sexy zu fühlen. Für Frauen ist es aber extrem wichtig, sich beim Sex fallen lassen zu können. Wie wir da hinkommen, hört ihr im Podcast.
