Ende März starb ihr Sohn an den Folgen eines schweren Verkehrsunfalls. Jetzt hat Stephanie Gräfin von Pfuel mit einem Familienbild und rührende Worten an ihren Charly erinnert.
"Charly is an angel and we are Charly's angels. We will love and miss you forever" ("Charly ist ein Engel und wir sind Charlys Engel. Wir werden dich für immer lieben und vermissen"): Mit diesen rührenden Worten brach Stephanie Gräfin von Pfuel ihr mehrwöchiges Schweigen auf Instagram und gedachte ihres verstorbenen Sohnes.
Karl "Charly" Bagusat war Ende März an den Folgen eines Verkehrsunfalls auf der Chausseestraße in Berlin Mitte gestorben. Er wurde nur 26 Jahre alt. Der Unternehmer wurde beim Überqueren der Straße von einem Auto erfasst und auf die Gegenfahrbahn geschleudert. Dort wurde er von einem LKW überfahren, der nicht mehr rechtzeitig bremsen konnte. Bei dem Unfall erlitt Bagusat Knochenbrüche und innere Wunden. Sieben Tage kämpften die Ärzte um das Leben Bagusats, schließlich erlag er seinen schweren Verletzungen.

"Für Freunde und Familie ist das eine Katastrophe. Charly war ein Sonnenschein, jeder hat ihn geliebt", sagte damals ein Sprecher der Familie. Nun zeigt sich Stephanie Gräfin von Pfuel mit ihren fünf Kindern auf Instagram und sendet eine Nachricht an ihren Charly.

Stephanie Gräfin Bruges-von Pfuel, wie sie mit vollem Namen heißt, ist Bürgermeisterin im oberbayerischen Tüßling und ist für die CSU Kreisrätin im Landkreis Altötting. Anfang der 2000er wurde sie bundesweit durch einen Eduscho-Werbespot bekannt und wird deshalb auch als "Kaffee-Königin" bezeichnet. Für den MDR moderierte sie die Sendung "Einmal im Leben" und war zudem in mehreren politischen Talkshows zu Gast.
Aus ihrer zweiten Ehe mit dem Münchner Kaufmann Bernd-Harald Bagusat gingen vier Kinder hervor, darunter der älteste Sohn Karl. Zwei weitere Kinder hat sie mit ihrem dritten Ehemann Christian Graf Bruges-von Pfuel bekommen. Zusammen mit ihren fünf Kindern wird die Gräfin das Andenken von Charly lebendig halten.
