Kurz vor Weihnachten haben sie ihr Glück perfekt gemacht: Marco Reus und Scarlett Gartmann haben am Samstag geheiratet. Die Hochzeit des BVB-Stars fand allerdings nicht in Dortmund statt.
"Ich hoffe sie weiß, was sie sich da angetan hat", witzelt sein Freund, der ehemalige BVB-Profi Kevin Großkreutz, in einem Kommentar auf Instagram: Marco Reus und seine Freundin Scarlett Gartmann haben am Samstag geheiratet. Das gab der Fußballer am Montag mit einem Foto auf seinem Instagram-Account bekannt.
Reus veröffentlichte ein Foto, das das Paar küssend in einem mit Blumen und Kerzen geschmückten Saal zeigt. Sie trägt ein weißes Spitzenkleid, er einen schwarzen Anzug mit Fliege. Dazu schrieb der 30-Jährige lediglich das Datum der Trauung: "21.12.19". Außerdem postete der BVB -Kapitän ein Herz-Emoji.

Details der Trauung verriet Reus nicht. Auch seine Agentur war am Montag für eine Stellungnahme nicht erreichbar. Nach Informationen der "Bild"-Zeitung fand keine kirchliche, sondern lediglich eine standesamtliche Trauung statt. Das Portal "Ruhr24" berichtet, dass die Hochzeit nicht in Dortmund , sondern in Düsseldorf ausgerichtet wurde. Dort sollen sich die beiden im "Ladü" in der Krefelder Straße das Jawort gegeben haben. Das ist ein Restaurant und eine Eventlocation, die bei Hochzeitspaaren sehr beliebt ist.

Im "Ladü" ist offenbar auch das Hochzeitsfoto entstanden. Die Fotografin stellte die Location in ihrer Instagram-Story als "Winterhochzeit" dar und veröffentlichte mehrere Fotos der mit Blumen geschmückten Räumlichkeiten.
Reus und Gartmann seit vier Jahren ein Paar
Scarlett Gartmann und Marco Reus sind seit 2015 ein Paar. Im Februar 2016 machten sie ihre Liebe öffentlich. "Ja, Scarlett und ich sind zusammen", verriet Reus damals der "Bild"-Zeitung. Die 26-Jährige stammt aus Hagen, nur 25 Kilometer von Reus' Geburtsort und Heimatstadt Dortmund entfernt, und arbeitet als Model. Ende März kam ihre gemeinsame Tochter zur Welt.
Mit der Hochzeit kurz vor Weihnachten ist das Familienglück im Hause Reus jetzt perfekt.
