Nachdem sieben Geschwister ihre Eltern bei einem Autounfall verloren, wurden sie kurzerhand von einem Pärchen aus Kalifornien adoptiert. So bekamen Pam und Garry Willis eine zweite Chance Eltern zu werden und die sieben Waisen ein zweites Zuhause.

Einen seiner Liebsten zu verlieren, ist das Schlimmste was passieren kann. Für die sieben Geschwister Adelino, 15, Ruby, 13, Aleecia, 9, Anthony, 8, Aubriella, 7, Leo, 5, und Xander, 4, kam es noch schrecklicher: Sie verloren gleich beide Elternteile bei einem Autounfall. Als ein amerikanisches Ehepaar von dem Schicksal der Kinder erfuhr, handelte es sofort!

Als Pam Willis die Nachricht las, dass sieben Kinder eine Familie suchten, zögerte sie nicht lange! Für sie und ihren Mann stand fest: Die Sieben gehören jetzt zu uns. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren die Kids, deren Eltern bei einem Autounfall starben, schon über ein Jahr in Pflegefamilien. Die 50-Jährige und ihr Ehemann Gary haben schon fünf eigene Kinder und hatten Erfahrung mit Pflegekindern. Über eine Adoption hatten sie bisher nie nachgedacht.

Die sieben Kinder haben ein neues Zuhause
Obwohl viele Familien den Kindern helfen wollten, durften sie zu Pam und Gary Willis. Mit viel Liebe und Hingabe sorgen sich die Willis um die Kinder und helfen ihnen ihr Trauma zu verarbeiten. Dabei gehen die beiden in ihrer erneuten Elternrolle voll auf. Pam schrieb bei Instagram: "Sie haben uns eine zweite Chance gegeben, Eltern zu werden, wir haben ihnen eine zweite Mama und einen zweiten Papa gegeben". Trotz der schlimmen Tragödie gibt es für die Geschwister ein kleines Happy End.
