Pipi-Protest gegen Toilettenmangel: Frauen pinkeln in Pissoirs

Wenn die Blase zwickt, können Männer in öffentlichen Pissoirs ihre Notdurft verrichten. Für Frauen sieht das Angebot an öffentlichen Toiletten dagegen oft mager aus. Um auf diesen Missstand aufmerksam zu machen, pinkelten Dutzende Niederländerinnen öffentlichkeitswirksam in Pissoirs.
Hunderte Niederländerinnen haben am Samstag demonstrativ in Pissoirs gepinkelt - um so gegen einen Mangel an öffentlichen Toiletten für Frauen zu demonstrieren. Nach Angaben der Aktionsgruppe "Zeikwijven" (auf Deutsch in etwa "Pissweiber") pinkelten in vier Städten Dutzende Frauen in Männer-Stehtoiletten oder auch im Freien. Fotos der Aktion luden sie dann im sozialen Netzwerk Instagram hoch.
Der Auslöser des Protests: Die Amsterdamerin Geerte Piening war wegen Wildpinkelns zu einer Geldstrafe von 90 Euro verurteilt worden. Geerte Piening sei nachts unterwegs gewesen - weit und breit habe es keine öffentliche Frauentoilette gegeben, erklärte sie ihr Verhalten. Das Gericht hatte argumentiert, dass sie ein Pissoir hätte besuchen können: "Es mag nicht angenehm sein, aber es ist möglich."

Dass das nicht stimmt, wollte Piening mit der Aktion vom Samstag auf humoristische Art zeigen: "Frauen im ganzen Land sind eingeladen, auf die (Un-)Möglichkeit des Urinierens in ein für Männer gebautes Pissoir hinzuweisen", hieß es von den Organisatoren des Ersten Nationalen Öffentlichen Uriniertages der Niederlande .
In Amsterdam gibt es nach Angaben der Organisatoren 35 öffentliche Pissoirs und nur drei öffentliche Frauentoiletten.
