Bei dieser Party wäre man gerne dabeigewesen: Cara Delevingne lud ihre Freundinnen zu einem Mädelswochenende nach Mexiko ein. Auf Instagram ließen sie alle Welt daran teilhaben.
Sie ist eine der erfolgreichsten Models, mehr als 40 Millionen Menschen folgen Cara Delevingne allein auf Instagram. Und die kamen am Wochenende einiges geboten. Denn die Britin postete Fotos von ihrem 25. Geburtstag, den sie am Samstag feierte. Für dieses Jubiläum ließ sich Delevingne etwas ganz besonderes einfallen: Das Model und It-Girl lud einen Haufen ihrer Freundinnen nach Mexiko ein, darunter Berühmtheiten wie Kendall Jenner, Georgia May Jagger, Jamie Winstone, Mary Charteris, Alice Dellal oder Clara Paget. Auch Delevingnes ältere Schwestern Chloe und Poppy waren mit dabei. Zusammen posierte die Gesellschaft auf einer Yacht:

Dazu schrieb das Geburtstagskind: "Ich bin so glücklich, solche unglaublichen Freundinnen zu haben. Danke, dass Ihr mich inspiriert und unterstützt, Ladies". Bei dem verwendeten Hashtag musste Cara Delevingne kaum übertreiben: Aus Mexiko , der Destination des Wochenendtrips, wurde kurzerhand #Sexiko. Angesichts der Ansammlung einiger der schönsten und begehrtesten Frauen des Planeten ist das durchaus angebracht.

Neben viel Badezeit gab es aber auch richtiges Programm. So konnten die Gäste Fallschirmspringen, eine Unterwasserhöhle erkunden und die berühmten Ruinenstätten Chichén Itzá besuchen.
Die Jubilarin ließ sich das Wochenende einiges Kosten. Wie die "Daily Mail" berichtet, soll der Trip rund 100.000 Pfund verschlungen haben. Dafür gab es aber auch eigens für das Wochenende angefertigte T-Shirts mit dem Aufdruck "Cara Delevingne Tour del Mexico 2017".
Das Delevingne ausgefallen feiert, hat Tradition: Ihren 23. Geburtstag feierte sie in einem Strip Club in Toronto, den 22. beging sie auf Ibiza, und als sie 21 wurde, gab es eine "Cross-Dressing Party" in London.
