Zum siebten Mal wurde die Fluglinie aus Doha zur "Airline of the Year" gekürt. Skytrax vergab an Qatar Airways neun weitere Auszeichnungen, unter anderem: "World’s Best Business Class", "Best Business Class Airline Seat", "Best Business Class Lounge Dining" und "Best Airline in the Middle East".
