Fast 20 Jahre nach der ersten Staffel von "Big Brother" werden erneut Normalos in den Container ziehen. Ein paar Details und den Starttermin hat Sat.1 verkündet.
In den vergangenen Jahren sorgten vor allem C-Promis im "Big Brother"-Haus für Aufreger, Liebeleien und gute Zuschauerquoten. Jetzt werden - zum ersten Mal seit 2015 - wieder Normalos einziehen. Mit einer ziemlich kryptischen Pressemitteilung in Form eines Binärcodes hat Sat.1 verkündet, wann es losgehen wird.
"Big Brother" kommt zurück - Sat.1 verkündet Starttermin
"Totale Überwachung: 'Big Brother' ist zurück - ab Montag, 10. Februar 2020, um 20:15 Uhr in Sat.1", heißt es darin. Und der Sender hat auch bekanntgegeben, wer die Moderation übernehmen wird. Wie auch bei "Promi Big Brother" wird Jochen Schropp die Zuschauer durch die Sendung leiten. Auf seine Co-Moderatorin Marlene Lufen muss Schropp wie es aussieht verzichten.

Schropp selbst veröffentlichte auf seinem Instagram-Profil ebenfalls den verwirrenden Binärcode aus der Pressemitteilung, schrieb dazu: "Welche*r clevere Nerd*in knackt den Code???" In den Kommentaren freuen sich Fans der Reality-Show über die Ankündigung.
Den Gewinner der ersten Staffel kennt kaum jemand
Ursprünglich hatte "Big Brother" auf RTL 2 Erfolge gefeiert. In der ersten Staffel des Überwachungsformates blieben die Bewohner 102 Tage im Haus wohnen. An den Gewinner von damals, John Milz, erinnern sich heute vermutlich nur wenige. Doch der Zweitplatzierte der ersten Staffel, Jürgen Milski, dürfte den meisten Deutschen ein Begriff sein. Milski ist heute erfolgreicher Mallorca-Sänger und bewies sich 2016 im RTL-Dschungelcamp. Die zweite Staffel von "Big Brother" gewann Alida Kurras. Auch sie ist heute noch als Moderatorin erfolgreich.
Seit 2013 strahlt Sat.1 schon die Promi-Version des Formats aus. Die Gewinner aus bislang sieben Staffeln hießen Jenny Elvers, Aaron Troschke, David Odonkor, Ben Tewaag, Jens Hilbert, Silvia Wollny und Janine Pink.
Jetzt will der Sender mit der Ursprungsversion an die Erfolge der 2000er anknüpfen.
