Im Hamburger Stadtteil Winterhude steht eine Luxusvilla zum Verkauf. Die Einrichtung erinnert an den Stil der Buddenbrooks – der Kaufpreis dürfte wohl eher abschrecken.
Wie viel kostet eine Villa? Eine Million, fünf Millionen, zehn Millionen? Aktuell stellt das Immobilienunternehmen "Forbes Global Properties" ein Anwesen im Hamburger Stadtteil Winterhude vor, das noch etwas teurer ist: Die Villa direkt an der Alster wird für 30 Millionen Euro angeboten.
Was den Preis rechtfertigt, ist vor allem die historische Einrichtung des Hauses: Besucher erwarten Innenräume voller kunstvoller Details, Jugendstil-Stuck an den Decken, holzgetäfelte Wände, Buntglasfenster, Kronleuchter und historische Gemälde. Ein Video der Firma zeigt, wie es im Inneren aussieht.
Unweigerlich fühlt man sich, als wandelte man durch die Zimmer einer alten hanseatischen Familie wie die Buddenbrooks. Zusätzlich bieten die Räumlichkeiten einen eigenen Weinkeller, einen Fitnessraum und eine Event-Lounge für zukünftige Bewohner und Gäste.
Hamburger Luxusvilla mit Bootsanleger und Whirlpool
Das rund 1200 Quadratmeter große Anwesen, das unmittelbar am Wasser liegt, verfügt außerdem über einen privaten Bootsanleger, einen Wintergarten und Parkmöglichkeiten für bis zu vier Fahrzeuge. Mit einer beeindruckenden Wohn- und Nutzfläche von 1035 Quadratmetern ist das Grundstück durch eine Schutzmauer und ein Alarmsystem gesichert.
