Ein 720 PS starker McLaren-Sportwagen hat nur noch Schrottwert, ein 120 Meter langes Trümmerfeld auf der Autobahn, der Fahrer blieb glücklicherweise unverletzt. So beschreiben mehrere Münchner Tageszeitungen (u.a. "TZ" und "Abendzeitung" ) das, was sich am frühen Sonntagmorgen auf der A95 zwischen München und Starnberg abgespielt haben soll.
Bei dem Unfallfahrer soll es sich den Meldungen zufolge um FC-Bayern-Spieler Kingsley Coman handeln. Auf stern -Anfrage wollte die bayerische Polizei den Namen aus Datenschutzgründen nicht bestätigen. "Bei dem Unfallverursacher handelt es sich um einen 22-jährigen französischen Staatsbürger", sagte ein Sprecher nur. Fußballprofi Coman ist 22 Jahre alt und Franzose, zudem präsentierte er sein Auto, einen weißen McLaren 720s (Basispreis rund 250.000 Euro , bis zu 341 Stundenkilometer schnell) in der Vergangenheit auf seinem Instagram-Kanal.

Kingsley Coman präsentierte McLaren bei Instagram
Der Fahrer des am Sonntag verunfallten Sportwagens soll auf regennasser Fahrbahn nach Aufhebung der Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung von 80 Stundenkilometern beschleunigt und dann die Kontrolle über das Fahrzeug verloren haben. Er sei an die rechte Leitplanke geprallt und nach rund 150 Metern auf der mittleren von drei Spuren zum Stehen gekommen. Ersthelfer kümmerten sich um die Absicherung der Unfallstelle und um den Franzosen, er sei jedoch unverletzt geblieben. Der Gesamtschaden soll bei über 200.000 Euro liegen. Die weiteren Ermittlungen zur Unfallursache laufen. Laut "TZ" gibt es keine Hinweise auf Alkohol- oder Drogenkonsum.
Offensivakteur Kingsley Coman spielt seit 2015 beim deutschen Rekordmeister. In der laufenden Saison kam der 22-Jährige auf sechs Einsätze in der Bundesliga und jeweils einen in der Champions League und im DFB-Pokal. Ihm gelang dabei ein Treffer. Er lief bisher 15 Mal im französischen Nationaltrikot auf, wegen einer Verletzung konnte er jedoch nicht beim WM-Triumph der "Équipe" im Sommer in Russland dabei sein.
