Projektion von Habeck auf Hamburger Kunsthalle bringt Grünen Ärger

In München haben die Grünen Robert Habeck aufs Siegestor projiziert, in Hamburg auf die Kunsthalle – beides ohne Genehmigung. Nun geht die CDU Hamburg auf die Barrikaden.
Eine ähnliche Lichtprojektion von Robert Habeck wie in München sorgt jetzt in Hamburg für Ärger. Die Darstellung des Spitzenkandidaten der Grünen mit dem Schriftzug "Bündniskanzler. Ein Mensch. Ein Wort." sei nicht mit den zuständigen Behörden und der Hamburger Kunsthalle abgestimmt oder genehmigt gewesen, teilte der Senat auf eine Kleine Anfrage der CDU-Bürgerschaftsfraktion mit. "Die Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg stellt keine öffentlichen Gebäude für Wahlwerbung zur Verfügung, da sie dem Neutralitätsgebot verpflichtet ist."
Die Hamburger Grünen hatten am 3. Januar ein Foto von der Projektion auf Instagram gepostet. Eine ähnliche Aktion am selben Tag am Münchner Siegestor hatte die bayerische Polizei beendet. Die Projektion in Hamburg war auf der Galerie der Gegenwart zu sehen, einem Anbau der Kunsthalle.

"Das Verhalten der Grünen, sich über Recht und Gesetz hinwegzusetzen, ist schlichtweg unverschämt!", sagte der Hamburger CDU -Partei- und Fraktionschef Dennis Thering. Sie sollten sich an Recht und Gesetz halten. Der Senat müsse Schadenersatzansprüche geltend machen.
Robert Habeck spricht von "Piratenaktion"
Habeck hatte am 10. Januar in einer Wahlkampfrede in Lüneburg von einer "kleinen Piratenaktion" gesprochen, die Aufmerksamkeit habe erzeugen sollen, was ihr auch gelungen sei. Zuerst hatte die "Bild"-Zeitung über die Aktion in Hamburg berichtet.
